Unix Test
Use: The UNIX test can be used for the selection of experienced personnel as well as for end-of training evaluation. It may be used alone or in conjunction with other tests (most commonly the C & UNIX Interface Test).
Description: Developed with the help of AT&T UNIX experts, the UNIX test covers the following content areas: Specialised Commands; General Commands; Shell Syntax; Meta Characters and Quoting; Environmental Variables; Shell Variables; Process; I/O Systems and File System.
The UNIX Test and the C & UNIX Interface Test are in the same booklet, but each may be used alone.

The client detaches the answer sheet from the booklet and faxes it to Psychometrics. The test is scored within the hour and a diagnostic score report is generated which can be faxed or posted. |
