Use: The Project Leadership test measures the knowledge and leadership skills required to guide a systems project through its "life cycle" successfully.


Description: The questions are based on actual critical incidents encountered while leading projects. Content areas include: Project Initiation (Organisation, Strategy), Project Planning (Standards. Scheduling, Critical Success Factors, Completion Criteria), Project Administration (Risk Management, Status, Change Control) and Project Review (Quality Assurance, Milestones).

Scoring:

The client detaches the answer sheet from the booklet and faxes it to Psychometrics. The test is scored within the hour and a diagnostic score report is generated which can be faxed or posted.
