Use:  The C++ Proficiency Test is a powerful predictor of on-the-job success in the demanding C++ programming field. Considering the high compensation for experienced C++ programmers, it is important to ensure that all new C++ programmers hired actually possess the subtle C++ programming skills they will need on-the-job.


Description:  The C++ Proficiency Test was designed to measure the subtle depth of knowledge necessary to succeed in C++ programming in today's IT environments. The C++ Test covers a wide range of concepts including class definition, member functions and inheritance, Object Oriented problem approach, polymorphism (function and operator overloading), pure virtual functions, C++ program debugging, locating errors in code (debugging), understanding complex constructs, data types, pointers, and reference, scope and access, variable and function scope, access to member functions (public, private, protected), and many other C++ programming skills.

Scoring:

The client detaches the answer sheet from the booklet and faxes it to Psychometrics. The test is scored within the hour and a diagnostic score report is generated which can be faxed or posted.
