Berger Computer Operator Aptitude Test
(B-COAT)

Use: The B-COAT measures an examinee's potential to be trained and function as a computer operator. The test is valid both for candidates with little or no experience in computer operations and for experienced operators.


Description: In this self-tutorial test, the examinee learns the rules and commands necessary to communicate with a hypothetical computer. Using the concepts of job priority, job time limitations, job status, and appropriate responses to job status, the operator-examinee route jobs through the "computer."

Scoring:

Tests are scored within 24hrs of receipt of completed booklets. A diagnostic score report is generated for each candidate which can be either faxed or posted.
